Clear Communication Every Step of the Way

Lots of clear communication! The online system was set up so we could always see the updated list of tasks we needed to complete and documents that needed to be uploaded. Anytime new information was needed, we were notified right away and could easily upload it through the secure online portal. It was great having a task list we could access day or night without needing to call during business hours to verify what was needed. We knew they always had other clients they were working with, but you would never know it by how quickly they responded to our calls and emails. Rarely were they unable to answer the phone, and if we left a message or sent an email, we typically received a response within 30 minutes. They made the entire process easy and kept us updated every step of the way. We were never left guessing or wondering. Thank you, Jonathan and The Legacy Team, for making what is traditionally a hectic part of homebuying so much easier and virtually painless.
