Jonathan Sweat has spent his career inside one of the most consequential conversations a family can have: the conversation about the home they’re going to live in for the next ten, twenty, or thirty years. With more than thirty years in the mortgage and financial services industry, he has guided homebuyers and homeowners through that process across two states and dozens of markets.

His primary footprint is the Roanoke Valley in Virginia, where he was named Best of Roanoke 2023 and has consistently ranked as the #1 loan originator in his market. His Florida footprint covers Lakeland and Tampa, where many of his Roanoke clients eventually buy second homes, retire, or send their kids to school.
